Overview
Refresher Staff is a Mystic item available from the beginning of the game. The item provides Health, Mana, and Spell Power, but its true strength comes from its unique ability to generate Refresher Runes while destroying bushes. When a hero finds a Refresher Rune, they gain a temporary Refresher ability. Activating it instantly refreshes the cooldowns of the hero's second and third abilities. The effect does not refresh the Basic Attack ability, but it allows heroes to immediately cast their active abilities again. Because of this, Refresher Staff can completely change a hero's playstyle and create powerful combinations that are impossible with most other items.
